Im having a problem with my Twixtor on both Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas is and the problem is everytime i change the output speed of the video to around 30 or 40 the screen wobbles waves and ive never seen this happen before on videos so can anyone help?

the frames are to low you will have 30 frames per seconds your really need 50 frames per seconds
