first off what was the last thing you downloaded from cydia
download ibox an just go find tyhat file an delete it

it happened to me because of a dreamboard theme and for a udid faker i just deleted them an worked perfect after that

You should be able to recover it. Apple made a failsafe mode, just connect it to iTunes and recover it pretty simple works on all bricked devices.
