This post is to inform ALL types of Xbox 360 Modders / Community of Microsoft's new 13146 Suspension Policy.
Since the latest dashboard update (13146) there has been multiple reports of MAJOR SUSPENSIONS issued to multiple people. Report details include ALL types of Xbox 360 Modding. I have a precise list of types that people had been banned for below. If you are a victim, and your modding type is unlisted, please message me separately and I will make sure to add yours to the post. This topic is CONFIRMED by Microsoft, we are 100% sure that this legitimate, not just a scare. Also note that that I am NOT saying that all modders will get banned. I am just clearly stating that this happened to multiple people, and I want to help protect the community, before its too late.

I will not make any promises on this unconfirmed topic. I hope to see multiple people safe from the XBL Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET) unlike me, and others. Have fun!

MAJOR DEGREE
Major suspensions are BAD. As listed above, it is for 'Very Serious' violations of the Xbox Live Terms of Use. It will vary on your type of suspension in the case of what you did. Most actions this 'severe' will be punished upon with a Permanent Suspension of you Xbox LIVE account. If you continued to violate their rules, they will most likely use their authority and Console Ban you, which is a permanent suspension of ANY Xbox LIVE access on your console.


INTERMEDIATE DEGREE
Intermediate suspensions aren't so fun to deal with either. These suspensions will be very common to modders. These suspensions will feature in larger temporary suspensions. Things that Microsoft have previously warned / banned you for and they catch you again they will issue this type of suspension. These suspensions will usually last 1, to 2 Weeks.


MINOR DEGREE
Minor suspensions are very easy things that Microsoft is just being picky **** about and are usually very easy to deal with and take. They are the lowest type of suspension that Microsoft will issue to first time victims. These suspensions will normally last 1, to 3 Days.


VARIABLES
These suspensions are completely variable depending on YOUR actions. It will all vary between Major, to Minor suspensions. For details on other suspensions, please view the Xbox LIVE Terms of Service statement.
