Hey I was just wondering, whats the timeframe for a dispute on paypal, Im disputting Playoffs right now for not sending off the jtag I bought. Since he won't respond, does that mean after waiting for the other party to respond, i automatically get the refund, or does paypal still have to review the case?

P.S. If anyone can link me to a trusted jtag seller selling a Jtag 360 175 Shipped, I would appreciate it (:
