come join were holding a quick scoping contest

round 1: everyone first 2 people out have to spectate
round 2: repeat but everyone who got out in round 1 just spectate
round 3: repeat but everyone who got out in round 1+2 just spectate
round 4: repeat but everyone who got out in round 1+2+3 just spectate
