the same place as offline. it just depends what mods you have
what vechile placements do you have

i got it yesterday and it says gta4 mods 5.0v and whenever i play singleplayer offline it frezzes inv me to a party v ambitions v

does it freeze as the story mode loads, if so delete the gamesaves off your HDD(back them up first), then try and it shouldnt freeze

do you have weapon mods, map mods other mods
i noticed that weapon mods caused my 5.5 mods to freeze offline
i also have online mods that will freeze me out whenether i drive along a certain road

most mods will freeze your xbox offline because you go so fast in your car that it overloads the game and your xbox just gives up and freezes

Its probable becoz flying cars are spawning on the roads.
