Okay so whenever I connect my phone "Infuse 4G" to my laptop a little thing always pops up in the bottom corner and says "USB DEVICE UNRECOGNIZED", So i cant view any of my files on my phone from my computer. If anyone knows how to fix this please PM me or leave comments. Thanks guy

make sure you mount the usb storage and try turning on USB debugging

I tend to have this problem with my Samsung Intercept.
Things I do to fix this is:
1.) Try a different Port.
2.) Restart my Computer and try a different port.
3.) Restart my Phone and try a different port.
If this doesn't work then try re-installing USB Drivers.
