Well yesterday i came across this some people might already know but tbh i didnt so this may be helpful to some of you

requirments:
windows vista / 7 based pc ( not tested XP )
windows media centre
xbox360 gold membership
utorrent


this is very quick and easy to do so lets get started

1. first your gonna need to connect your windows media centre on your xbox to your pc its very simple just open windows media centre on both pc and xbox360 and follow the on screen instructions.

2. now your going to need a movie you want to watch, the best place to get movie torrents is [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] also you will need utorrent which can be downloaded here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (the movie can take a will to download so be patient)

3. once the film is downloaded it will be saved into Documents/Download folder on your computer just simply find it and drag it into your videos folder.

4. now go onto your xbox360 and go to windows media centre then go to pictures/videos go right to video libary and you should see the movie you downloaded

*NOTE* when you play it you may be asked to update, just update it so your xbox is familier with MPEG4 audio options etc

5. just play the movie and there you go no need for burning discs just a few simple steps
