ive just seen a topic that got closed for (almost posting a modding tut)but i dont get it we all cant post anymore tuts?

That post was a year ago.
A year ago we did not allow the discussion of modding,except in the gold member section as we were being threatened by Microsoft and Activision that they would shut TTG down.
