yes call support and tell them your gamertag has been stolen, they should be albe to help you if you can provide proof that you are the real owner of the account

Just tell them that your account was stolen. The enforcement team will open a new case and if you give them all of the correct information that was originally on the account you will get your account back.

call xbox support and tell them somebody recoverd your account with out your consent. give them the correct details and you will get your account in 2-4 weeks.
