Hey TTG im going to be building my new computer and will be recording it and putting on youtube and i am kinda new so i was just wondering will these parts be compatible any info will help cheers.

List of all the components for the build:
-AMD PHENOM II X4(Quadcore) 970BE 3.5ghz 8mb cache
-ASUS M4A89TD Motherboard (usb3, sata3,4xddr3 ram) slots)
-ASUS RADEON 6850 1GB (Direct x11 Support)
-2 x 4GB Corsair Vengeance RAM 1600MHz 8-8-8-24
-1 x 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue Hard Disc Drive
-Lite-On iHAS524 DVD/CD Player/Writer
-Corsair 750w AX-750 ATX 80 PLUS GOLD CERTIFIED MODULAR
-Corsair CPU Cooler AMD3 socket + all other Sockets
-thermal take v9 gaming case

Downgrade to a AMD 955, the only difference is the .4 GHZ speeds, which won't be noticeable.

The Mobo you listed is AM3, it will fit the AMD 955, but WON'T be able to upgrade to AMD's future Bulldozer chips. It would be dumb not to go with an AM3+ motherboard.

Very good motherboard with a good power phase and CF abilities.

Upgrade the video card to a 6870, it's like 10$ more and is a bit better.

Stick to XFX if you're buying a AMD video card due to XFX's lifetime warranties.

That Caviar Blue is pretty slow compared to a F3 or a WD Black, especially since you're using it as your bootdrive.
