Will Shotguns Be a primary or secondary weapon in MW3?

I would think Primary after what happened in Mw2 with people running around with Shutguns and an assault rifle.

See sguns in mw2 were amazing. way better then in any other cod AND on top of that they were secondaries. i say make them primaries and make them as good as they r in mw2 so they can be a balanced tier of guns
