Yes you can, all you need is a USB, Modio, and USB Explorer. And of course the files. I'm not sure of anything else. It's pretty easy from what I hear.

Yes you need to get MpDATA editor you can find it on youtube then use flash drive to get your MPDATA on your computer. use a file called xtaf to view the files on the flash drive. then open file on MpDATA editor select what you want unlocked use it the rehash resign there should be option to do so then put DATA bach on xbox then enjoy
