Open the file
Enter the password if you haven't already
Press FIFA 11 from the top 3 boxes
Then choose whatever tool you want to use.

It doesn't open though, this is what it says.

1. Goes Extract All Files or Run or Cancel - So I click run
2. The password mattwidz - I type it in and then click okay
3. I then have to click run and nothing happens

Try extracting them.
If it doesn't work then i would recommend maybe messaging him on s7.
