There are aircraft that can do similar stuff anyway, Boeing commercial jets are being converted into anti missile systems. Probably government testing.

I believe that thier are aliens out there. But who sas they are super advanced in technology and look like chubaca had sex with a rhino! they probably look similar or like us and probabaly are having the same problems and wars that we have. Or if a government put on the news......... "We have discovered alien lifeforms on this planet...... would the people say oh, not much gonna go live my life as usual... people would become scared.... because of all the movies and things based on what aliens could look like and act or be. Just because we are citizens of a country doesn't mean the Government has to tell us everything. The alien found in Russia thing was ruled as "fake" but that could be the government trying to keep us from becoming all scared... We weren't there to see this "alien". It might have actually been real.... the ordinary people don't really know.
