My xbox live got hacked and i phoned up microsoft and they said they would send a email to my mums email account and it says i have to reset my password but im really confused because when i click rest it comes up my mums email adress to reset.... PLEASE HELP ME

Yeah just reset it i had to do the same when i got hacked it should work and even if it doesent you still know the password
