You can always put it up to 100% fan speed using a patch, 360 flash tool and editing the config, or Freestyle Dash. It's not that bad, since the GPU still has a 90nm chip. As long as it has the 2nd generation heatsink, you should be good. I would 100% for sure.

Zephyrs run hotter than Falcons. If you want to really ensure no RRoD, invest in a Jasper.

12v and 100% are the same thing haha. 100% fan speed will force it to run at 12v, where the 12v will always make the fans run at 100%. The 100% fan speed is adjustable in Freestyle Dash or 360 Flash Tool, where 12v isn't.

58c is kinda high but firstly lets put it into perspective.
Many of the room enviroment conditions have an impact on temps IE: how hot is the room, are you a smoker, is there adequate ventilation around the box etc etc,
secondly a few internal issues can be for example: How clean are the heat sinks, is the thermal paste on the CPU/GPU/RAM chips degrading etc etc....
hope your still with me, so what ime kinda saying is if your box is next to a radiator move it and if it needs dusting 1 - 2 a week then do so and try to get some ventilation going. Also if you would like any info on how to AIR clean you box (remove dust from heat sinks and components) or any info into maintenance of the chips (applying ARTIC SILVER thermal paste to the chips) then just ask

SECONDLY if you do go for a 12v fan mod go for an EXTERNALY powered version not one powered of the board, in my opinion. hope this helps
