I can give lvl 55 no prestige, but I dont know if it will let you prestige or not.

Oh, nope. i want lvl 1 no prestige, i really wanna see how high i can get legit without getting bored or folding my disk due to rage could you please ask around for me please

The only patch I have that puts you lvl 1 no prestige AND you can level up legitly, requires me to recover your account so I dont think you want it. Sorry, but message me if you do I will try to give you proof over XBL.
