Ok well my xbox live isn't workin but my Internet is and when I go to test connection it doesn't work and it says on your pc, go to your router configuration page and make sure port 3074 is open on your firewall but I don't no how to get to my router configuration page can someone please help me ?

click on your Start button and select "Run".
Then , type cmd into the black field and hit enter.
Then type "ipconfig" into the black window that opened and hit enter.
It will come up with information , one of it being your Default Gateway.
copy that number into the web browser on your PC.
You should now connect to the web browser of your router.
It will probably want a user name and password and you should have the option to change the port .to open. changing the port to open is always different depending on the type of router. so you will just need to find the bit where it says to change the port to open.
Or you could try turning your Router on then off, thts what i do and it works most of the time for me
