So.
The text could be nice but you've gave it to much of a outer glow (or stroke can't tell which one)
The lighting gives a nice touch to the top of it.
The text at the bottom is well hmmm how to put it...Horrible. When saying who its bye make it small and clean readable text.
A nice touch would be:
Rasterize the text -> Make a new layer -> fill it with any color -> ctrl+click on the text's image on the layer section. -> Re-select the new randomly colored layer. -> ctrl+shift+i then hit delete -> Select the 1st rasterized text and hit delete -> go back to your randomly filled layer and double click it on the layer pad -> go to inner shadow and select it -> In this order on the form tab make it 3-5-7 and the angle 90 -> Select color overlay then choose a color darker(or lighter!)than your original background layer.
This will give it a nice indented look.
Overall 7/10
