Bump - please i want to know how to do this

5 Layers:

1) Lime green color for the canvas
---Includes a pattern overlay to produce the scan line
2) Gloss layer of a gradient overlay set to around 30% opacity
---To make this, select the whole canvas (marching ants), get your elliptical marquee tool. While holding ALT+Shift, draw an oval shape and it should make the selection (marching ants) go to the shape you want. Make a new layer and fill it with the gradient overlay of white, opacity around 30%
3) Render of the trollin face
---Self explanatory
4) Render of the pedo-bear
---Again self explanatory
5) Text layer
---Has an inner shadow, looks to be around 75% opacity, distance of 3 and is at a 120 degree angle, similar to the preset.
