No, the patch doesn't do anything... you cannot be invited to these kinds of lobbies anymore because of the tu7 update. THE PATCH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT. But, hey, if ou want to give your microsoft points to someone that claims they can host 10th lobbies, be my guest.
