Well Thank You Everybody Who Has Posted That They Can Help.
What I Need Help With Is installing My UNbanned KeyVault Into My Jtag So I Can Unban It And Use It Online To Host Lobbies So What Iamb Asking For Is If You Have Team Viewer Please Team View With Me And Go To Links Iamb Going To Need FOR my UNbanned KeyVault And Install it. DO NOT HAVE KEYVAULT AT THE MOMENT BUT NEED ASSISTANCE FOR THE PROGRAMS I NEED ON MY COMPUTER TO INSTALL IT FOR USB FLASH DRIVES!!!!!!!!!

Here is a TuT

Steps:
1.(Get UnBanned KV)
-Open 360 Flash Tool
-Enter CPU-key of UnBanned Console
-Check off 1BL Option
-Open the UnBanned Consle Nand.bin
-Click Extract
-Select KeyVault
-Save it
(Skip Step1 if you have a KV_dev.bin file)
2.(Insert UnBanned KV)
-Open 360 Flash Tool
-Enter CPU-key of Banned Console
-Check off 1BL Option
-Open the Banned Consle Nand.bin
-Click Import
-Select KeyVault (KV_dec.bin)
-Save it
3.(Flash New KV to Console)
-Place newly saved nand.bin in NandPro Folder
-Connect Banned Console to LPT
Run Commands
-NandPro Nand.bin: -r16 rawkv.bin 1 1
-NandPro Nand.bin: -r16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2
-NandPro lpt: -w16 rawkv.bin 1 1
-NandPro lpt: -w16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2

-Check off 1BL Option
-Open the UnBanned Consle Nand.bin
