Just downloaded minecraft alpha, for free. But, the problem is, if i log in with a minecraft.net username and password, will it track me as pirated and will i get arrested?

Most likely not, I used a crack client and I wasn't arrested ;)

No if you downloaded alpha i have to say fail.

What i think you ment was Beta.

But no its safe.

All my friends have it pirated.

MinecraftSP is fine, and no you won't get "tracked" for downloading anything pirated. That is usually only with new release movies that have serious copyright legal firms on their sides. Or child porn
