For some reason everyone sounds like a robot or muffled. I've had these for a few months and it just started doing this, does anyone know why? Thanks

Yea probablly, if you have even a tiny bit of sodering knowledge and what a lose/broken wire looks like, you will be able to take apart the control box and fix it! Wahlah!
