Everyone who thinks they are "good" should create some new work. Lets say 5 pieces of work. And then post a topic showing them off. This will make them more known.

Or, someone official, such as a moderator, could pick a render (picture) of something and have everyone that wants to enter make a piece of work with that specific render. Whether it be an avatar, banner, signature, etc. Then let people vote on it.

I normally don't post my work like many people do.
