So, you post a question below, and I'll put the answer below this.
I know practically all the confirmed information about MW3, and I know a few plausable rumours.

MW3 Prestige and Hardened edition? Hardened edition confirmed, prestige edition yet to be confirmed, full release September at the Call of Duty XP convention.
What is the MW3 engine? Speculation is that it will be reverted back to the MW2, however other sources suggest a brand new system, all revealed in a months time, I'd put my money on a new system, due to an interview at E3 2011.
How many prestiges and levels will there be? No information about this has been released, scroll down for more information.
Is quickscoping back? I can confirm it is back.
What snipers are in the game? Barrett .50 Cal. - M21 EBR - PSG1
Is the Desert eagle back? Nothing confirmed yet, however expect the Desert Eagle or the Magnum .44 to make a imminent return.
Is there going to be Gold Camo's? Again nothing confirmed, however it is very likely.
Is the M1A1 Carbine going to be in the game? Nothing suggesting it is, however expect some sort of Carbine to make an imminent return
What Call of Duty is it going to be like? Confirmed that it is going to feel like Call of Duty 4, the fans favourite.
Will Xbox get downloadable content first, like previous CoD's? Yes.
Will MW3 be moddable? Infinity Ward & Sledgehammer are trying to make it impossible, however increasingly likely it will be moddable, but with severe consequences.
Will there be any DLC's for Spec Ops? Nothing mentioned about DLC's yet.
Is there going to be a revamped grenade launcher? No information released yet, all I can confirm is there will be a grenade launcher.
Will throwing knives return? Again nothing confirmed, however expect something along those lines.
What guns are in the game?

Will there be trickshotting? Yes

I guess you are referring to the copies of the games. As of yet, they have only confirmed a hardened edition of the game, due to be presented to people who attend the attendees of Call of Duty XP, an event this September.
I guess around that time too we will a glimpse at the multiplayer.

Sadly no information for the Multiplayer has been released. Referring back to the engine, if the engine is the MW2 engine, I'd expect it to be 10 Prestiges, and 70 Levels. But this could all change in the mean time.
