I didn't see it posted anywhere else, so I thought I'd post it.

You can do it on Regular or Veteran, and with one or two people, it really doesn't matter.

First, you have to get the juggernaut(s) to follow you, then you have to go to where he does in the video, and stand round that corner. The juggernaut will just stand at the top of the stairs, giving you an easy kill by shooting the wall next to him, until he dies. Keep repeating that until you've killed all 10! Pretty simple really...
