I am having trouble installing a patch to my system.

I tried installing a PS3 version of a CoDJumper patch earlier today, and when I went on MW2 to try it out, it looked like a standard MW2 patch, so I thought the patch was fake. I went to install my old patch I had on, and that didn't work either, now it still looks like a regular MW2 patch. What am I doing wrong?

I've tried deleting the old patch, updating to the new one then editing it, then re-installing it, but that didn't work.

I am installing the patch into the dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30377/USRDIR directory.

The patch may be for a diffrent region, download mw2 patch converter and change it to your bles, Or it may be for 1.11 and your on 1.12 update or the other way round. For a tut on the patch converter youtube it.

I've used the patch converter, and converted it to my region and all. I've even re-installed the 1.11 patch, which was the patch version BEFORE I tried to install my new CodJumper one, and I can't even add my old one back on.

just find a BLES***** Which Ever is your code PKG file
Then Install Package File
After Deleting The 1.12 So Search BLES***** 1.11 PKG
I have one but mine BLES00683
then change it and it'll work cause you have to put a older patch befor you can change it#

There is probably something wrong with your PS3.
Your probably going to have to update to 3.66 if you want to play MW2. :/

There is probably something wrong with your PS3.
Your probably going to have to update to 3.66 if you want to play MW2. :/

There's no way I'm updating.

I'll try everything I can, i'll re-install everything if I have to.
