You Defiantly want to sand down the edges. It's extremely easy and it makes the edges look so much better and much much more professional. But since it's your first one so far I'll rate You At a 8/10 looking forward to seeing your finished project. i should post my xbox up Looking Great And It Looks Alot Better than My first One. I'd make sure when you put the Metal case back into it that the peice that holds the fan in isen't showing where you cut. I made that mistake :thumbsup:
