By worst Pokemon, what do you mean?
Because I'm not trying to be annoying.
But there are ways to get around by what you mean when you say 'worst' Pokemon.

For example, people have posted 'Magikarp' but then you could say, he isn't the worst Pokemon. He evolves into a Gyarados.

Or do you mean worst Pokemon regardless of what Pokemon they can evolve into?

i would have to say magikarp even tho he evevolves into gyrados

Im pretty sure Magickarp wins this... hands down.
