In my opinion yes... It would only take about 10 nukes to mess up the whole :idea: planet... even the countries that didn't have anything to do with it would suffer from the nuclear energy passing by on the toxic winds... Ive only played the demo of the game, but the down side of me saying yes is that NO... people won't mutate and start eating people and :idea:

Think of how fragile the human body is... if you fell off a 3 story building you COULD die... you pop a cockroach clean across the room and his ask gets up and walks back to the crib all the while flipping you the burd... we'd just die, horny ppl would be raping ppl if they survived, hungry ppl would become canibals, power hungry and ignorant ppl would form gangs and try to rule everybody (for what reason someone would want to rule over others is beyond me)... etc...
