Just make sure you gift it to someone with like 1500+ posts and is online alot. You don't want to be wasting your money on a noob with 300 posts that doesn't know what he's doing :/

Also, make sure they don't get gifted for nothing, make sure they help people by going on their account and checking their recent topics.

I think I deserve it because I make helpfull posts in the minecraft section and remind rule breakers what's against the rules.

And I am interested what exactly you get when you are gold. I definitly want to know what it is. I know its some cool stuff though.

I think I deserve it because I am a very active TTG member. I love to go on forums and see what's going on and what I can do to help. I would put you in my motto also. Having gold would motivate me to be even more active and help the TTG community more. I hope I get it! 8)

It's your first time so I will give you advice.
Tips:
This isn't allowed if you do a post for it
You should give a Pm to someone helping out and gift them
Maybe ask what they can do for you and the community once they have gold
