I've heard that i get the maps for free because i got the hardened edition of Black Ops and all i have to do is re-download the maps, but since the WaW maps was a code that i typed in, so how am i going to re-download the maps to get Moon for free ?

The classic zombies map pack should be in your download history or resent downloads's list of all your previous downloads. Check there, that is most likely where you would be able to download that map pack again
