Yes it's a sad thing but it's bound to happen on any forum, noobs will always be taunted, it's just how it works, i don't like it but there really is nothing we can do except be nice to newer members and maybe other people will follow!

It's completely true, which is sad. We are loosing a friendly community that we used to have, and it is being replaced by ignorant trolls who argue over anything. But that's what happens with so many members on the forums.

Plus they probably think all the new members are leechers, because a lot of people joined during the MW2 lobby days to just get into lobbies.

I agree. The main problem is people don't give rep to new members.

Ignorance is just one of the many things wrong with this community, and it's not just towards newer members. I also get ignored, only those people who know me actually acknowledge me.

Members seem to think that having a high post count, reputation etc is the most important thing in this community when actually it's probably the least important thing. They then look down upon people who maybe are newer, don't have the biggest post count or hardly any reputation. They need to take a hard look at themselves and grow up. Saying that, theres still some decent people in this community left, i'm sure they will treat you better.
