if you give me a totally trashed jtag i can remove cpu and nand and transplant the chips on to a good quality board and it works as i have done loads grant me i am the only one in the uk who can do this .
also if you gave me a falcon jtag and cpu key and a jasper board even if japer has latest dash i can return you a jtagged jasper
oh yes there is 1 more i know who can do this he lives in the phillipines

Hate to burst your bubble, but you are by far not the only one in the UK who does reballing and CPU swapping. Actually, there's about 10+ of them on the CVX repair forums...and I know at least 5 of them personally...so, don't come in and immediately be proven wrong and start trying to sound like you're the only one because you definitely are not.

lol ok i been owned but it still feels good when you see the green ring after doing this procedure.
to me i am the only one as i dont know anyone else who does this.
I think most people who have the equipment to do this and the skills dont bother because its far more lucrative fixing laptops and playstations.
I think i did it a few times just to see if it does work for myself.
I have found just lately i have comt to the end of my tether with xbox 360 and i no longer go near a console with a broken seal as they are a nighmare once they have been heatgunned towellled ot bolted pennies you name it ive seen it .
