Hi, i have a NAT type of strict on my xbox and i was wondering how to get it to open because i have a hard time connecting to my friends. I have a Belkin router. If i restart my router and my modem it stays on open for a few hours but never stays there. I pay for 5 mb/s but i only receive 2-3 mb/s, if this helps also.

My 360 is also wired.

Reset your Modem, by unplugging it, Leave it off, Reset your router then turn it off by unplugging it and leave off for 30 seconds, Turn on the modem, wait 30 seconds, turn on the router, and then your xbox. If that doesnt work, Hard Reset your router by holding for about 20 seconds.
