Not necessarily.
He could of just moved a certain amount into his paypal from his bank account.
He obviously doesn't get paid straight into his paypal.
I'm pretty sure things only show up in your recent transactions if someone sends you money or you send someone money etc not if you move some from your bank account.
I could be wrong though.
