If any one can help me mod fallout new vegas i will +rep/ttg gold

I Have been trying to mod fall out NV for the last 3 hours and im trying to use the mod tool but it wont let me and i need some one to help me through team viewer someone pm me ur aim and i need help so bad

try just downloading a game save off modio they have alot of them

but im in the dlc and i need certain things i just need some to mod for me :'(
