Hey guys,
i recently prepared my xbox for the hotswap method but i think i have the magnets wrong coz when it starts spinning the magnet and disk goes flying, im not sure if the little ring magnet is not where it should be or idk but i put the case and stuff back on but the magnets still go crazy. Plz someone explain where and which magnets should be. Thanks TTG users.

no its w/ all disk's. when it starts reading the magnet flies off and then the disk.

Thank you so much man i had the magnet on the spinny thing instead of between the black thing and the other thing!
