Can someone provide the name/link of the newest flash tool?

Dizzy posted a sticky on how to update your jtag to the newest dashboard and he says that you need the "newest" flash tool.

Can someone help me out?

look in the downloads section. it's called 360FlashTool

I have 360 flash tool. I didn't know if there was another one that he was talking about.
