Hey, to start things off, I'm wondering if I can play WoW.

I used to play it about 3-4 years ago on a computer with about 1GB Ram and Intel Extreme Graphics 2(crappiest graphics "card" I know to date).

Now with all the new updates and expansions and my (slightly) upgraded computer, will it be able to run WoW? And if so, what would the average frame rate be?

SPECS:
Pentium(R)Dual-Core CPU
2.70 GHz
2GB Ram
Intel G33/G31 Express chipset (GMA 3100, NOT x3100)

All the specs I had 3-4 years ago were WORSE than this.
Can I play WoW?

2GB Ram is the minimum for WoW.
Off the top of head, you should be able to run quite smoothly with low settings.

Ive also read in a system requirements thread in Blizzard that they no longer support my graphics card.
But I also saw that it would run if I added "SET FixedFunction 1" which would optimize the graphics settings to very low detail so people with unsupported graphics cards can play. Is WoW really that demanding?
