I have a xenon jtag that had the 3rrod error code 0102 ... I left it on for like 10-20 min... now when i plug the power supply up to it the orange light twitches and the fans twitch too... will replacing the gpu or cpu fix this problem?????

0102 is a common issue in Xenon motherboards.
It is usually caused by the consoles overheating thus causing issues with the solder under the RAM,GPU and/or CPU.
No need to replace them,just get a reflow for the console and it should be fine. If it has had a reflow in the past I'd recommend getting it reballed this time as it is a more perma-solution.
Icy-Tank (Global Mod/Trusted Seller) offers his services for a reflow for 40 dollars.

Thats a very common error for xenons like patobo said all you need is a reflow

re-install your heatsyncs. something is shorting is my guess
