You should probably PM Sean or another staff member to get the answer. I know Sean used to use google chrome to host, not sure now though.

TTG is very custom , it is unlike any other site ,
the actual program i cannot say but i can tell you that he has his own system and it is very difficult to manage.
do not pm him as i can also tell you he gets 8-15 pages of pms a day , YES he does try to read most of them , but what would you do ? can you honestly say you would read them ?
I will try and find out for you by doing a little research , i will edit this post or PM you ;)
