Reball / Reflow is for E74,and a reball shouldn't even be done unless the console has previously had a reflow.

Like I said,check the wiring.

i was told by icy tank that if u dont have a wiring problem then u have to reball or reflow but u just cleared it up thanks bro and i also said first that i had a problem with the wires in my jtag so im pretty sure its his wires

i highly doubt icy said that, he most probobly said that about E74 which in that case is correct, icy has the same opinion as me and iPatobo, which ofcourse is the correct one
