Modern Warfare 3: Camping is inevitable, despite Infinity Wards efforts
Do you get annoyed by the campers who lurk in the shadows and never make a true attempt at getting into the action? Do you wish that they would either quit or man up and play the game like it should be played? If youre planning on buying Modern Warfare 3 then youll be happy to know that Infinity Ward is taking the necessary steps to try and reduce or eliminate the ability to camp during multiplayer action.
By now you might be wondering how they plan on doing this. Infinity Ward is planning to address all of the hot spots in the multiplayer maps that are released with the next Modern Warfare game. Hot spots, as you may or may not know, are the areas within the maps that create excellent hiding spots where players can camp. Camping is the act of finding one of these hot spots in order to stand, crouch, or lay for long periods of time without moving. This is done in an attempt to remain unnoticed by the enemies as well as take pot shots at unsuspecting enemies as they pass by.
One of the ways that Infinity Ward plans on combating the camping issue is be drastically reducing the number of hot spots that exist in each map. It will at least make it more difficult for players to camp because there will be more players trying to occupy the same hot spots which will greatly reduce the likelihood of camping all together.
For those who simply cannot stand to have campers in the same multiplayer session as them, this is great news. One thing is certain is that if Infinity Ward truly does intend to greatly reduce or eliminate camping all together, it will be a highly welcomed change and will greatly increase the approval level of many gamers.

they said camping extended in MW2 due to the kill streaks. so in MW3 they said they are going to sort the kill streaks out to reduce this fustration
