Thats a template cuz i see tons of people with that exact same BG all of the time but w/e. Glad you feel good that you cant make your own GFX.
Just cuz you see people with DOESNT mean its a Template.
Its not hard to make it. You just need The Biohazard Symbol and The Background is Easy to make. So Stop Trying to Troll is you dont know what your Talking about.
