First off you are going to need sources to get things off of cydia there is a way to get all the trusted sources in cydia at once

Go TO Sections, Repositories, go down to s get Steffwiz install, once installed search "all sources" and install and now you have all the "trusted" sources in cydia only a few of them are good [b]WARNING this may slow up your device


other sources that i use are
http://cydia.xsellize.com/ and [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] they are both really good sources xsellize has a lot of cool things and sinfuliphonerepo has a lot of good cracked apps

Now one thing that is a must for jailbroken devices is Installous to get this you may need to add the source [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and then search for installous this app will enable you to get many ipod apps for free but it may not have new releases straight away.

A cool thing that i use on my ipod is androidlock this is a custom lock instead of slide to unlock to get it just search "androidlock" you should be able to get this if you have the sources previously mentioned.

Now for a few tweaks you may want to get Fiveicondock fiveirows and five-column springboard are all really useful they add well five rows columns and dock spaces. Two other really useful tweaks are infinidock and infiniboard these let you place an unlimited ammount of apps on one page or dock and let you scroll down or across through them.
