This DLC has been ripped of the game of the year edition disc and requires no hacked profile to use. (There has been a ban wave going on, i wouldn't reccomend you to download it at this time.)

The secret armory of General Knoxx (there is 2 parts you have to download, download both files before extracting.)

For the people who don't need a tutorial and already know how to put dlc onto their USB/Hard Drive just follow this:
This is where your DLC goes:

If you don't have 1 of the folders just create 1.

Not all games, but i've uploaded fallout 3 DLC ripped from disc on the xbox gamesaves and rips discussion forum if you want to check it out.

I think you can only do it with DLC that are ripped from discs, things downloaded from the marketplace are instantly tied with a profile, things on discs can be used multiple times and do not tie to one specific profile.

So I can just put all the DLC on my main account and play them? I don't need JTAG or anything special?

No you don't even get caught, this DLC is ripped from the Game of year edition disc so they just think you have the game of the year edition.
