OK, so people that pay for everything ($25) get to be a VIP in your lobby at no extra charge? If so, that's fine, but could you change your wording to make it a bit clearer and remove "free" from the title of your topic.

well heres the problem with that. when you associate the terms "Free" in a tenth prestige section its automatically misleading. I would suggest at least taking it out of the title.
